Westminster College (a small private, non-denominational college) in Salt Lake City, Utah offers college experience camps for 14-18 year olds who are going to be in 9th-12th grade this fall.
Students get college experience, can earn college credits and explore different camps from paleontology, creative writing, environmental science, musical theatre, aviation, finance, and robotics. Each camp is hands-on, interactive and designed to make learning fun.
The cost is $639 for the week ($839 for the aviation flight fee-students get real flight time), and includes lodging, meals and activities. Students stay in the college dorms, use the college's rec center, and cafeteria so they really get a hands-on feel on what it's like being a college student.
