does anyone know in the West Valley a swim teacher???

Yes, there are several local companies that offer private group or one on one lessons. We used a company a few years ago and I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called...just do a search online or pick up an AZ Parenting magazine, you'll find a company in there. BUT - how old is the child you want lessons for?? If it's an infant - 3, I would highly recommend you do Infant Swim Resource. http://www.infantswim.com

It is an amazing program!!! We have done city group mommy & me classes, private at home one-on-one, in door group lessons with 4 children/one instructor - NONE of which they got anything but FUN in the water time. I'm telling you, nothing - I know it's good to introduce, etc. but ISR gives them the ability to save their life. We are doing the refresher course this summer. They have certified instructors all over the valley. Top notch program - check it out!
