Aren't we all full time moms? I am assuming you no longer work outside the home. Years ago I recieved my certification through American Heart Association. I know alot of cities offer the courses as well. I provided a link below. Hope this helps :)

I agree, and I'm not a full time mom, but having a child full time reallly is full time + overtime+ afterhours+ cleanup. Mom's work extremely hard.

Check with a local hospital. I work at a hospital and they hold CPR classes for the public and employees. Fees vary by hospital, but it is very reasonable, and important. Not sure exactly where you are located.
YMCA and Red Cross both
YMCA and Red Cross both offer CPR classes. YMCA has water safety, too. Not sure about Red Cross
