The parks and rec. website isn't great but I'd suggest sorting by your local pool and look at the classes being offered that way.

City of Mesa and Town of
City of Mesa and Town of Gilbert offer swim classes through their parks and rec progarams. City of Mesa classes are $20 each for (2weeks M-Th) and offer a 20% discount for the 2nd session. I like city of mesa not only because I live in Mesa and it's convinent but because they also offer evening classes at some pools. I don't know the specifics for the town of Gilbert but know several of my girlfriends go through that program and are happy with it.
