Backwards Party -- Good for All Ages

One theme my kids really love is the "BACKWARDS PARTY." It's just like a regular party, only everything is done in reverse order.

As soon as the guests arrive, the cake is served and the Birthday Boy/Girl opens the presents. Next, candy and toys are stuffed INTO the pinata. Then the party games are played. Last, as the kids are leaving, they are given their party hats, name tags, goody bags, etc.

It's a fun way to do things, good for any age, and you can use whatever decorations your child likes (Princess, Pirates, Space Alien, etc.) And it's fun for the guests because it's unique. You can also add your own details (such as writing the names backwards on the goody bags, playing games like "Take the Tail Off the Donkey," or having everyone walk backwards on the way out) to make it more fun.
