We have reservations in Anaheim at a timeshare resort, June 16th - 19th 4 days/3nights. We purchased this 60days ago and due to unforseen circumstances (financially) we are unable to go.We cannot get a refund, or switch dates and will lose the credits.
We got a smoking deal at $250 which is rare to even get a room that cheap during this season. We are willing to pass the savings to you, since it is last minute and gas is outrageous. Call me for more info. 623-262-3997 Maricky

I thought I better clarify my posting. this is for the actual room. This is a 1 bedroom suite with a living room, 2 tvs and dvd players. The timeshare is Shell Vacations, and the Resort is Peacock Suites. you can Google the website to view the property.
Again the dates are next week June 16th-19th...
