Hi! My name is Ulani, I am a single mom of two amazing kids, we are moving to AZ next week, I will have the kids stay with my family in Yuma, AZ. While I try to find a job, get a place, find schools, daycare, and a church within a week. I am moving to the area with only what I can fit in my Big Burtha (1992 Ford Explorer) and *very* little money, bad breakup long story.. :-( Now, we need a new start, and I could use some good friends. We are a Christian Family, hoping to find some nice friends in the area. I am a P.H.D (Professional Hair Designer) But my license will take two months to get transfered to Az. I am outgoing and love to laugh. Please, if you can help me I would really appriciate it. Thank you soooo much!

Good Luck to you. We moved to the valley a year ago from NE. Something that was helpful for us was being able to stay with family until I found a job. My husband works out of the home so it did not matter what part of the valley he was in. So once I found a job then we started looking for a home. I found a job in Mesa. So we ended up buying in east Mesa. Great community.

hi ulani i just moved her on the 4th of july. i also was a PHD but now stay home and am bored OUT OF MY MIND. I have 2 kids max is 5 and madison is 9months. If you need any help or have any questions ill try to help. ive been checking out the area for a few weeks here. We are from the midwest and the people here are soo nice and very laid back. We live by arizona western college (my husband works there).The neighborhood over here is nice and so is mesa del sol and the foothills if your looking for a place with good schools.How old are you kids?
