It depends. If you are
It depends. If you are talking about high school, I'd stay away from Valley Vista. The principal has lied to me on a couple of situations. My daughter went to Ashton Ranch and that seemed ok. She initially started going to Willow Canyon until they opened Valley Vista and for the most part, I've hated every day she's attended.

I have a son that goes to Sunset Hills Elem. and we love it. We moved here in December from Prescott and we love Surprise and the District has been great to us and offers a lot to the students. Lots of luck with your children in there new school, I'm sure they will do fine.
Best of luck, Sandy
Dysart faces the same
Dysart faces the same problems that all school districts on the outskirts of the valley face: too much growth. What this means is that they are barely treading water in building schools, placing students and hiring teachers. A week after school started last year they still had dozens of open teaching positions, their schools are opening half finished. They do not have time to develop curriculum or programs, only time to build schools. Also, I question a school board that decides to eliminate uniforms 2 weeks after the school year starts, where is the consideration, forethought or planning?
