Does anyone here have kids going to North Pointe Prep? I'm wanting to get my son out of Cholla, and into a better school. My oldest went to North Pointe years ago, but things have changed since then.
How is that school now? He is a drummer, so would want to join the band. I really just want to know what people think of the administration, teachers and if there are problems there with stealing/bullying as bad as Cholla.

My brother goes to north
My brother goes to north pointe. He really likes it. The office is always very friendly, when I pick him up early. He is doing really good in all his classes and he is learning to play guitar. We were thinking of only letting him stay there for 7th and 8th grade, but wants to stay there for hs. We still havent decided on that. He is learning how to play guitar and is actually really good. The teachers are helpful when he needs the help. I like that they have their website to keep me updated on what is going on in the school. i think the site is www.preptv.org. As for the stealing, My brother has never had anything missing from his locker and neither have any of his friends. Which is part of the reason he went to north prep because I went to palo verde and things were always missing from the pe lockers.

One of my co-worker's son is graduating from there and his daughter goes there. They love it! They are in choir and band.
There is no way to be a perfect mother, but a million ways to be a good one!
