I love the feature the Phoenix Public LIbrary has where you can put books/DVD's and Tapes on hold. Instead of dragging my crew to the library (which I love to do, but it is more excitement than I need now with 2 toddlers.) I can get on-line - reserve what I want, so I don't have to look for it, reserve what they want (if they know) and get in and out before we knock over a book display!!!! They library calls when the book/DVD/or tape is ready and I just have to find it on the hold shelf and check it out.
This works really great when my kids want every DVD or CD they see a commercial for. I say "let's go reserve it at the library." What's nice too, is you have access to every item in the whole library system and they send it to whatever library you want. Aren't libraries great!!!!!
