Has anyone watched "Wife Swap" on ABC? I have to say I haven't. It's never interested me. But a Gilbert couple will be featured. Read more here.
So what do you think of this kind of reality show?

I've watched it a couple of
I've watched it a couple of times, but I like watching the Nanny show more so I can get tips on how to raise my daughter. This show is ok, and it shows strict familys who are stuck in their ways weather good or bad how to kind of lax up. Not big on the reality shows though, just the ones that I can take notes from. Nanny, and Dr. Phil.

I've seen a few and they are
I've seen a few and they are quite comical. I find it interesting to see how people live. They always choose two totally opposite families for dramatic effect. It's pretty much cheap entertainment in my opinion.
I really like wife swap.
I really like wife swap. They take two families that are complete opposite and swap the moms. It usually gets pretty heated, but in the end each family learns a little bit from the other. It is pretty interesting to see how other families live and what there values are.
I watched one, and it was
I watched one, and it was actually really good. A big time NYC mom swapped with a country one. It shows that both lives are tough. I always like to see people walk in other's shoes--it's eye openeing for everyone, and you stop thinking the grass is always greener.

I like theshow and try to
I like theshow and try to catch it weekly. I am definetly watching tonight since one of the familes is from the valley. The show does take two completely different families and swap them and there is usually always conflict in the begining but most of the time by the end the moms have learned something from the families to take back to their own. I like the other mom swap show too, I cant remember the name but at the end the moms decide how the other family will spend their cash award.

This show is hilarious. Love
This show is hilarious. Love it when they match up hippie families with straight-laced families. But it's one of those shows that, after you watch it, you think, "I just wasted an hour of my life on that?"

I watched it with a really
I watched it with a really well-off NYC mom and a "country" mom. It was sad...the NYC kids had multiple nannies while mom went off shopping and hitting the spas all day and pretty much ignored her kids. Country mom couldn't stand the life of the uber-rich. I didn't really see the point of this particular swap, their lives were so different, and while NYC mom might have gotten a whiff of life on the other side, I seriously doubt she made any changes. Some of the swaps work better than others!

I watched part of one where
I watched part of one where their was a lesbian family switched with a religious, Republican family. I mention the political group only because the Mom MADE the new Family put an elephant indicator in the yard while she was there. I usually don't watch a whole show because the participants often are so closed minded and whiney. They sign up but can't play by the rules for the few days.
Ultimately I think the Republican Mom, made her swapped daughter a princess outfits and girlie things and thaught the gay Mom's how to do it and there was an appreciation. The swapped spouse took the Mom to a "Gay" BBQ, where everyone treated her well and she had to open her mind a little bit to the human commonalities we all have. I can't remember how the gay Mom faired at the Republican house, must have been un-eventful, which is probably good.

I will never watch this kind
I will never watch this kind of show. I think it's (inappropriate term) TV. Even the name of the show makes me cringe. Thankfully there are lots of other shows to choose from.

I agree....I have seen bits
I agree....I have seen bits and pieces of it while flipping channels and I am usually embarassed for the people I see.....I can't imagine what makes people so thirsty for the limelight that they are willing to exploit their families like that.
I saw the last part of it.
I saw the last part of it. One of the happier endings. Both Mom's needed a little of the other's qualities.
