E-85 ethanol gas for 50cents cheaper

I don't know much about this, but my mom sent me an email last night about some cars being able to take E-85 ethanol gas.
Apparently the cars have to be 2002 and newer. I think she said it should also say in your car manuel if your car is compatable.
Apparently they are able to sell gas about 50cents cheaper than even E-87.
I've attached the website to check out locations in az.
All thought it can't help me, maybe someone else can benefit. They say that your car gets the same gas mileage..actually, one guy they interviewed thinks he is getting better mileage.
