We love them and hate them. They're cute and painful (sometimes).
I'm sharing two recent shoe stories...one is more a business story about a Scottsdale company that created a flip flop offering more support than most. Click here for the article.
I also wanted to share Erica Sagon's story about meeting Christian Louboutin. It's funny how we look for the right shoe to make an outfit and impress others. Click here for Erica's story.
I have many. Too many. And really, I have my favorites that become well worn. And I've bought some because of the deal only to really never wear them because they really weren't comfy - and I probably knew that at the store, but hoped I could break them in.
Please share your shoe stories.

I love shoes. I love
I love shoes. I love shopping for them, too. I got a super cool pair of suede boots for under $20 in late summer at Dillards. Didn't intend to go shoe shopping, but I wandered over and found them in my size. I seem to remember they were over $100 regularly.
My daughter loves shoe bargain shopping, too. If we're ever at the mall, she'll ask if we can look for sales at Dillards. :)
I've noticed tons of ads for clearance shoes...I think I might go shopping later today. :)
Dillards shoe sales are the
Dillards shoe sales are the best! I bought a pair of boots for $5 dollars last year.
Keens! Keens are it for me!
Keens! Keens are it for me! Well, I wish they were. I have several pairs. You can find them at REI.
After I did my first Breast Cancer 3-Day walk in running shoes, as recommended and had blisters everywhere....I found Keens and began wearing them training and wore them in the 2nd 3-Day walk that I participated in - NO blisters, after 60 MILES!
I hate wearing heels - and I rarely do. They hurt my feet and my legs.....SO, I try to wear these as often as I can!
Happy shoe shopping! I'm one of those rare ladies (I guess) that doesn't like shopping..... :)

After three knee surgeries
After three knee surgeries and having my left foot run over by a car (yes, but more like rolled over my foot), I must admit it's hard to find comfortable work shoes. I need a lot more support than all the wonderful shoes with skinny heels I see when I go shopping. I like wearing flats but sometimes need heels for a skirt or suit. I guess I'll just have to keep looking around.
