I've been craving lumpia and
I've been craving lumpia and pancit as well. I'd be interested in any places in Phoenix.
Luckily, I'll in be the San Jose area in a few weeks so I'll have to make sure my "comadre," whose family is from the Philippines, can find a good restuarant for us. Wish I could bring you some back :)

Lumpia Factory- 7ish,,,, good food, and good prices,, 5 lumpia shanghai for $1...
WhyCook, Did not like it at all, the lumpia was the thickness of a pencil, and tasted like a meat paste....
