So I pass a Krispy Kreme(60 and Superstition Springs BLVD) every morning to get to work and about 7:00am this morning there was a line out there door and around the building! People were even waiting outside with kids and holding infants. All for a doughnut lol

I really hope KK changes
I really hope KK changes their way of business this time around. They were a hot commodity at first, then you started seeing KK's EVERYWHERE. Gas stations, grocery stores, and they were not even that fresh. Some markets were oversaturated with KK donuts. It ruined their business and they quickly went under. Too much of any good thing is not good for you. If this chain keeps the donuts in demand by limiting their availability, I think they will do much better this time around.

I can easily down six of those KK donuts, so in a way not having them easily available was a good thing. Guess I'll have to start running or learning to say NO!

Oh goody! There's nothing like a fresh krispy kreme. Can't wait to get a dozen! (But I wish they'd wait until AFTER swimsuit season!)

I heard you can also get a tour of the back and a free donut if you have a play group that wants to go through. Might be worth a phone call!

I'm glad they're on the east side :-)
Most interesting. I know
Most interesting. I know many of you will think I'm insane - but I've never tasted a KK. Not because they are donuts (or calorie intake), mostly because I dont have a huge sweet tooth. Speaking of sweet tooth - I heard a new place that opened that is 'sweet' and is the latest craze is Sprinkles Cupcakes. I'm told they are the best in the cupcake business.

Glad they will be back. I have a recipe for bread pudding that uses their glazed donuts. I have tried others, but it isn't the same.
