The prices are $8.00 - $10.00. They have wonderful food but the "finding your own table" can be a little frustrating. Make sure they like buffets...I know some people that absolutely hate them even if the food is delicious.

Thank you for the info! I know not everyone likes buffets, but I thought that they could at least find something they would like to eat and with a lot of small kids I thought it would be easier to be able to get their food right away. Maybe we will look and see what else is in that area though and at least have a few restaurants to offer.

I love Sweet Tomatoes. I am so excited there is finally one by me now in Gilbert. My DH took me out to lunch yesterday at the one in awatukee. They are a little pricey..lunch is 7.99 for an adult and 1.69 for kids 3-6. Dinner I think is more. Their food is better than Souper Salad and they have a larger selection of hot food. I love the fresh baked blueberry muffins. For dinner someone usually comes around and gives tables fresh baked choc. chip cookies too.

I love Sweet Tomatoes,
I love Sweet Tomatoes, too......it is a bit expensive for a salad bar,,,,but the food is so good. I love the chicken wonton salad and the chicken noodle soup, I could fill up on those two items alone.....they had a green chili/corn soup the other day that was really good......and it is all waaaaaay better than Souper Salad, that place is a dump by comparison.
I think another cool place in the area you might want to consider taking them is YC's Mongolian BBQ....they just opened one up in the same shopping center as the Sweet Tomatoes. My son loves YC's. It's a little on the high side too(dinner is around $10), but it is sooooo good!
I like Sweet Tomatoes, but,
I like Sweet Tomatoes, but, then, I'm happy with a lot of different salads and a little pasta. For the price, though, I'd choose a different buffet if there are folks in your party who want a real entree.
Hometown Buffet has similar prices, and a much bigger selection.

We like the food at S.T.,
We like the food at S.T., and they have a decent variety for kids-pasta, pizza, salad.
But since we live up in Prescott, we don't get there too often. If you want to try a great buffet, for about the same price ($11 for dinner, 3 and under free)-you need to try Golden Corral. We love to go there-the food is great, and my husband and dad love the fact that they can get all the steak-normally filet mignon-that they want. Great food for a great price. And there bread rolls are to die for-with honey butter!
But, S.T. is a good option, too. There wasn't a coupon ad in this week's paper, though.
