With the salmonella scare surrounding tomatoes in much of the news lately, have your children been impacted at all? One of my kids says he will now never eat a tomato again. I have a hard enough time getting healthy foods, especially vegies into my kids, and now this.... Is anyone else dealing with this?

No, she's not scared. She doesn't quite understand salmonella since she's only 5 1/2 although even after explaining they could make her sick right now I know she'll be fine with eating them later on down the road.

They are not afraid because they know what the "dangerous" tomatoes are. I buy the other varieties.
