I made this for my son today. It was super tasty:)
Bring water to a boil and add sea salt. Add macaroni(or any other shape you like) and chopped broccoli and boil until tender. Strain, rinse and cool. Add chopped grilled chicken(I had some leftovers), freshly grated parm, light or fat-free italian dressing to coat. Salt and pepper to taste. I add red pepper flakes to my portion to spice it up. My son actually ate broccoli, so this is a keeper!

What is sea salt? Is there
What is sea salt? Is there a difference between sea salt and regular table salt? I am still learning how to cook so I have so much to learn. I really, really hope this was not a dumb question.

You guys are so sweet! I am glad that you are enjoying the recipes. For the mommy who wondered about sea salt. Sea salt is a coarser grind than table salt, has more nutritional value from trace elements and is less processed. They actually harvest it by hand with sun and wind. It has a less negative effect on your body and I think it tastes better. You can buy it in a grinder or (my favorite) buy it in a bag like the brand "Celtic Sea Salt." I want to say it is like $4-5 a bag and I buy mine at Sprouts. Well worth it for flavor and health:)
I use the stuff in the bag for while I am cooking and for salting water to cook pasta or veggies in. The grinder I use for finished items or baked goods because the grinder makes the large crystals smaller, so you don't get a big bite of salt.
