Hi AZ Moms, I am a mommy of two and own a yoga studio in North Scottsdale called Zenergy Yoga. We offer pre/postnatal yoga on Sundays from 12-1:15 and Tuesdays from 4-5:15. We also a Baby and Me yoga where new moms/dads bring the baby and do yoga with the baby at their side. The class is offered on Mondays from 11-12:00. It's a great way to get back into shape, meet new moms and have your baby by your side and not in a gym day care.
