I think its great that you
I think its great that you are taking the time and putting the effort to exercise on a regular basis. I am not an expert on this topic, but check with your doctor. Its defenetly better than not exercising at all.
that many miles a week is a big acomplishment, congratulations

Thanks, I just realized, wow, I am walking 10 miles a week! Whoa!

It's a great start. If you feel like it's getting easy, you can up the miles per hour or adjust the incline--that's what I do when I get bored with my workout or when I feel like it's getting easy. The great thing about working out consistently is that what was once hard becomes easy. If you are working to your capacity, you should be able to hold a conversation, but there should be a bit of a strain to it.
Keep up the good work.

I think that it is great that you are on the treadmill five days a week. So often they get dusty after initial use. Keep it up and change up the routine to make it fresh and fun. If it gets old make sure you check out some of the great treadmill workouts you can find online.
Keep it up!

Keep it up!! It will make you feel so much better to exercise regularly.
Eventually you might even want to add some weight training, like walking with small hand weights every once in a while for variety.

My sister-in-law used the treadmill for 30-45 minutes a day and lost a bunch of weight.
I think its a great way to stay healthy and stay fit. I wish I could get motivated.
Good for you!

I think it is good exercise.
I think it is good exercise. You may need to step it up in distance or speed to get a better work out. Something is better than nothing so keep at it! I find it more fun to hike the mountains or speed walk with friends.
