Fluidity - Has anyone tried this?

Last weekend I was laid out on the couch with a nasty cold - in searching through channels to find something worth watching, I caught the Fluidity Infomercials. Now as a mom of two who barely has any free time, I have been looking for a workout that I can do from home.

I LOVE the idea of pilates and would love to be able to regularly afford pilates classes, but they are expensive and I just can't make a regular class. The Fluidity contraption caught my attention and I've been playing around with the idea of ordering it. I love how it folds down and can be stored under the bed. I found a site that critiques workout informercial items and everyone that posted on this product loved it and had very favorable things to say about it.

Has anyone tried this yet?

I can't say that I've tried

I can't say that I've tried it, but I was a dancer in high school, and in college. What I can say is that it mimics ballet movements and a ballet bar that you stand at to do certain exercises. It's a portable ballet bar. If you look at it it's a bar, and a flat place to balance on. I also see the bands that you can buy at target to help with toning, but it's the exercises that make the difference. It may be worth it to you to get it, but just know it's the exercises that you are doing that make it, otherwise it's a bar you hold on too. But don't discount the fact that the video may have really good exercises to show how to tone "dancer style" :-) Good luck!
