Hey, just wondering what you think of the poor guy with TB, who could have infected everyone he came in contact with??? I go back and forth from, I'd run away from Sheriff Joe if I could too, to thinking "that jerk could have infected my children with his resistant Tuberculosis!". I think he is back in jail now for endangering others??? What a terrible situation. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I infected someone else, but I'm not sure I'd be so clearthinking if I was feeling lousy. What do you think?? What should happen to him? what would you do??

I, too, felt bad for the guy
I, too, felt bad for the guy when he was locked up without so much as a tv or access to his family. But, he acted so irresponsibly by traveling knowing he was infected. I knew a guy who was dying of aids years ago and his partner was out looking for someone new to support him. I asked if he was telling people that his partner had aids and he said ,"No way!" That kind of behavior is criminal, in my book! It's attempted murder in it's purest form. It's one thing to act irresposibly when it comes to yourself, but but totally another when your actions threaten the livelihood of others. I personally feel people like that forfeit their right to freedom when endangering others and the TB guy should be locked away until he's no longer a danger to the public.
