Hi All - I'm pretty new to the area and to this board. I recently moved here from NJ and I'm hoping to connect with people who currently doing or have done IVF. I've had several IUI's and one IVF cycle, all unsuccessful. I'm hoping to find a good Dr. in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
I went to the resolve website and SART I was leaning toward ARMS but then I found out there is only 3 drs serving 4 locations. I don't want to be just another number since this cycle may very well be my last. Any recommendations??
Thanks!!

I did not go through IVF,
I did not go through IVF, but I did go through all of the fertility testing after not conceiving after seven months. I was told to go to Dr. Zoneraich at Advanced Fertility Care in Scottsdale. He and his staff were very nice. I was able to conceive on my own after 11 months, but I would have gone back to him if I needed further treatments. I would at least check out his website if you have time. Good luck!
I luckily have not had to
I luckily have not had to use a fertility Dr but Dr Zoneraich seems to come highly recommended by my ob/gyn and my friend who just had twins IVF thanks to him. She is in her early 40's and had 2 or 3 failed IVF's with another Dr. Got pregnant at Dr. Zoneraich's clinic on the first round and she gave birth to twins a month ago.

I have gone to ARMS and all
I have gone to ARMS and all I can say is go to one of the male doctors there is you do chose to go. I had the one female in the practice and she was so horrible - she had no bedside manners and was very 'aggressive' with her methodology without trying all possible avenues first. So, I went to a RESOLVE meeting in my area & it was the best thing ever! I received referrals from various RE's in the area. I ended up going with Dr. Ketan Patel (in Scottsdale) - he truly was awesome. He discussed my reproductive health & took the time to explain things to both my husband and I. Then we put a plan in place. I chose not to do IVF, but explored all the other avenues of treatment for pregnancy - one that required surgery (for my specific case.) So, honestly I would never recommend a doctor if I did not feel they had the patients best interest in mind & I only have positive things to say about Dr. Patel. Also, I heard there was a pretty good RE in Chandler too (right by the ASU Research Park). I cannot recall his name - I think maybe Dr. Johnson?? I heard whichever doctor is in that practice (in that area is pretty good too.) He was just way to south geographically for me to drive to the many visits. I hope this helps. Good luck with that!

I had an IUI (that worked!)
I had an IUI (that worked!) from Dr. James Foltz at Focus on Women. He works out of both Scottsdale-Shea and PV Hospital. He does fertility work and just has the most wonderful practice. Responsive, good bedside manner, thoughtful, good listener, smart, etc.
Good luck!!!!
