So I went to the hospital... I was there for an hour with contractions lasting anywhere between 40 and 50 seconds... They contractions were 3 minutes apart.... I was dilated to 1 cm (still)... AND they sent me home... I have a doctors appt today at 1215... They said because my water hasn't broken and i have no bleeding and I am not dilating more and in my birthing plan my wish was not to be induced unless the baby was under stress.... Which he isnt he is still having a party in there... so i have to just live with these contractions, which i am fine with as long as the little one is okay...
Thank to everyone who gave me a response and I will let you all know when he gets here!!!

My suggestion to you is
My suggestion to you is this, when you go to the doctor today ask them to strip your membranes. It will help "push" along the delivery process. I went through the EXACT same thing with my daughter, my doctor did this and within an hour and 1/2 I was in full blown labor. It's also a safe, natural way to help nature take it's course. If you aren't sure what it is ask your doctor before doing as well.

I had that done w/my oldest
I had that done w/my oldest daughter and the Doc said that if it was successful, I'd be in labor within the next 12 hours. That was done at 10am and I left to the hospital at 10pm.
With my last baby (he's 6 months old) I practically had my own parking spot at the ER because I kept thinking it was time. Since my water always broke and my other 3 came at least 2-3 weeks before the due date, I didn't know what to expect. I had cramps, but I could tolerate them - it wasn't true labor. Little Mr Israel finally came on his due date! I had stopped working 3 weeks earlier since I thought I was having him early - OMG - can you say frustrating. Try to keep as busy as you can - go to the movies, shopping, something. Staying home seemed to make it worse. Keep us informed.

That's funny (the parking
That's funny (the parking spot). With my son, I was induced. I had toxemia and they HAD to induce me with him. With my daughter, that was totally different. I was scared out of my mind when I went into labor that fast (my doctor did it and told me to walk around the mall for an hour or so).

On the bright side at least
On the bright side at least you know it's almost time!
Good luck!
Good luck!

Please excuse my double
Please excuse my double comment, but I saw this post on Babble.Com about being sent home from the hospital.

I was also 1 cm dialated for
I was also 1 cm dialated for about a week or so prior to giving birth, but during my last OB visit my doc striped my membranes like Kim said. The next afternoon my water broke!
He also told me if I wanted to get things going to have sex...yeah right, that was the last thing on my mind, but apparently something in semen softens your cervix and gets the party started!
I'm sure you are beyond uncomfortable, but try to rest as much as you can now and before you know it you'll be holding that little one in your arms! YEAH!!
Stripping the membranes
Stripping the membranes helped for me too, I delivered less than 24 hours after.
Also, bouncing on an exercise ball and opening up your pelvis or doing gentle squats will help to pop your water!
Good luck!!!
Just remember, every
Just remember, every contraction you have, you are one step closer to having your baby!!! Your body is working to get him here. Apparently, he just needs some more time! LOL I agree with your birth plan...often one intervention (stripping of the membranes is an intervention) leads to another, which leads to another. Keep going! You're doing great and I'm sure you'll have your baby in no time! :)
