I have more relocation questions for you. Thanks for your help this far! We are trying to narrow down our home search, but it is difficult to figure out which communities we might enjoy from the internet. We have figured out that we would like to live in Gilbert or Chandler, more so Gilbert. Can anyone tell us about the different planned communities? We are looking for a community pool, playgrounds for our boys, a fitness facility for us, and nearby grocery store, good schools, etc. Is it unrealistic to think that I may be able to walk to most places instead of having to drive everytime I leave the house?

Try Power Ranch. You should be able to get most of the things you listed. However, hate to tell you this, you will probably still have to drive, especially in the summer or your shoes will melt right off your feet!

We live in Power Ranch, and we love it! There is gorcery stores less then 1/2 mile away. Green grass and play areas for the kiddos and two community pools. It does not have a fitness center but there are 2 within a 1/2 mile.
Like I said we love it. As many times as we have looked at upgrading we can not do it becuse we love the area. The association plans a ton of events that you can get out and meet people in the neighborhood.

We live in Seville and are very happy here. There are many greenways and playgrounds for kids. And there is a sports club and golf country club that you can join. The sports club offers inexpensive child care while you are working out. There are community activities pretty much every week. A very family-friendly neighborhood.
