I know that in Arizona, it is called ACCESS. But we have the medical card here in IL and I would like to talk to some people that are on it and what the requirements are for a family of four. And what the dr's are like that are on it. Here in IL the girls have a very good pediatrician and we hate to leave him but it is time to move.

Are you referring to AHCCCS? That is the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, the state health plan for qualifying low income families. You can find just about anything you need to know about it at the web site:

They have a chart of income requirements, applications, etc. on the web site. If you do qualify, you may pay nothing for your health care, but your options for doctors and services will be limited to those on the plan. Once you have applied and been accepted, you could post again with names of doctors on your plan and I'm sure some moms could tell you if they have experience with those doctors.

My family has AHCCCS- our Dr.s are awesome. You can go to http://www.ahcccs.state.az.us/site/ and it will give you information about what different plans they offer and the requirments. But, Most dr. offices take ahcccs medical insurance out here. Depending on where you are moving, if its anywhere by me i can reccommend some dr.s if you would like
