New to the Area, Need Family Doctor

Hi All,

I live in surprise, and am looking for a family doctor as well as a pediatrician. Any Advice? I don't mind driving to different city if it means we will get a good doctor.

I also live in Surprise. My daughter is almost 4 and my son is 17mths. I take them both to Arrowhead Pediactrics. I LOVE Dr Secaur and that is who I have as my childrens main dr. They are located in Sun City West across from Del Web hospital. They also have an office in Glendale by Arrowhead hospital @ 67th and Union Hills. I have been with Dr Secaur since my daughter was born and he moved offices. I am not crazy about the office but him and a few others in the office are great! The number is 623-556-5437. Good luck! Not sure of a family dr I go to one in Glendale but I am sure someone will be able to help you with that!

Anyways Dr. Barbarinde, or Dr. B, is a really great doctor. She explains everything, very detailed, and in a way you can understand. If there is an after hours question, you get HER cell phone number to call. No going through the process of leaving a message and getting a call from whichever doctor is on call. Her office is small and unassuming and the office staff is really nice, (which is rare) and easy to get an appointment. As for a family doctor, I haven't found a good one myself. If you find one you like, please let me know.
