VISTANCIA

I don't live in Vistancia, but extremely close. I love the area! Great people, schools, neighborhoods, etc. And I've heard that Vistancia itself really is a great place to live. Good luck - I think you've made a great decision!

We live nearby in West Wing and the whole area is fantastic. We have the best views, sunsets and now all the shopping and restaurants are coming! We love this area of town!

I don't live there, but looked at it extensivly when entertaining the idea of buying there and found they have an outrageous home owners association fee, so beware!!!

Hey! I do live in Vistancia and LOOOVE it! I moved last year and the neighborhood is growing rapidly... along with shopping nearby. The HOA's are not bad considering we have fun family events throughout the year and enough parks and pools to keep everyone happy. Plus, everyone seems to be very nice and it seems very safe here. I definitely think you should check out the neighborhood :)
