I have a guy I use for my loans. He is reasonably priced at 300 for conventional loans and 350 for FHA (if you are doing a loan). His appraisals are accurate and reasonable, almost never go to "review" at the bank. My lenders never question his numbers and the funny thing is his comps were higher than the "other guys". Tell him Maricky sent you and he will honor the 300/350 charge. He normally charges like 100 bucks more. Good luck
