Yes, there are lemon laws
Yes, there are lemon laws that protect you against this. The laws vary by state, but a simple search on line should show you what the AZ law is. Lemon laws are usually designed to target the manufacturer, not the dealership, although I believe dealerships can be held accountable if they did not disclose known problems. You will need to hire a lawyer.

Let me tell you that you're
Let me tell you that you're going to have a really hard time getting your used car designated as a lemon under the AZ lemon law. I would say it's going to be next to impossible. Did you buy it from a reputable dealer or one of those little used car lots? If it was from a reputable dealer I would continue to raise a stink with management, but there's no guarantee that's going to make a bit of difference. If it's one of those small little used car lots then you're probably screwed. I know it sucks, but if you're going to buy a used car it is your responsibility to have it checked out by a mechanic that you trust. If you don't do that and it breaks down you're just going to have to deal with it. That's the risk you take. I worked in the car business for several years and my husband is still in the business. Many people who buy used cars feel cheated when the car begins to break down. Unfortunately that's what used cars do. Is it possible that the dealership didn't cheat you, but that the used car you bought just happens to be a piece of junk? Good luck.
