Anyone know inexpensive HairSalon?

What is your price range?
I have gone to Chris Anthony salon by Chandler fashion before, they have different levels of pricing depending on the sylist. It's close to my son's school so it was convenient during the school year.
I live in Gilbert, though...so beleive it or not I went to the salon at JcPenney in Superstition Springs mall and got a really good haircut from this lady named Carmen a few weeks ago. She charged me $38, and I think she was a master stylist.

As far as color goes.....I have a hard time making regular appoinments, so I use Nice & easy root touch up to cover my roots. It works really well.

I've heard that the Beauty Schools are always the best places to go for a bargain w/ decent service. There are a lot in the Valley, so one or two ought to be convenient to you.

I agree with Happy2BMommy about going to a beauty school. I have been going to the Toni and Guy academy near the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. The prices are great and the students really care about doing a good job.

Paula at Choices in Tempe has been doing my hair for years.
It is 15 minutes from Chandler. It is on the northeast corner of Rural and Warner.
Her # is 600-0124. She is off Sundays and Mondays.
I have referred a few friends to her and they have also been really happy.
