There is an interesting website where "delegates" are trying to figure out what Jesus' platform would be if he were running for President, It is so interesting, because the discussion takes hot issues and delegates say what they think Jesus would do. Of course no one is agreeing, but there is some really good discussion.

Allison - I can understand if you are not comfortable discussing such topics - but just for your edification....there are a wide variety of subjects available for discussion here, it is not limited to parenting information.....and if you look closely you will note there is a "politics" board as part of this site, as well as a "religion" one, so these topics are not forbidden here. You don't have the right to tell someone not to post a topic just because you don't like the subject matter.....but you do have the right to SOB(scroll on by)......

I don't mind religious
I don't mind religious topics, as long as it's for informational purposes, not seeking to covert anyone, and is informational in nature. This goes for any religion, not just Christians.
This post fits those criteria just fine. I don't see a problem.

Religion and politics, they are so interesting. But yes, I avoid talking about them, even with my siblings. Not so much my parents - they can take heated debates. :)
