I currently live in Indiana. I just began the real estate salesperson course to get licensed in the state of Indiana. However, my family plans on moving to AZ sometime in the next year or so. I read online that AZ does not do reciprocal licenses with other states, so I realize I have to take the course all over again in AZ. I would need to take the AZ course in the Phoenix area. Where is the best place to take the course? Is there any break in tuition or required hours for people who are already recently licensed in other states?
