Hi everyone!

I posted this last week but thought I'd try again to see if any other people are interested. We are looking for a part time receptionist / front desk clerk for the construction company I work for. The hours will be about 25-30 a week (approx 5 a day) and are flexible start times. Basically, it will be someone to handle all the front desk and general office work as well as some very light accounting (mostly handing out checks to subcontractors). The only skills required are that you can work Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and if you have some construction background that is a huge plus! He really wants to fill this position with someone that only needs part time work so it's ideal for a mom who has little ones that are about to head back to school. The position IS permanent as well (and may end up going into a full time position). He does not want to hire someone that three months from now can't work anymore. If you are interested you can email a resume to me at kim@tkinteriorconstruction.com or to my personal email account of phoenixgrlkim1@yahoo.com. I can give you more info as well!

The crossroads are Scottsdale and about a block s. of T-bird. Right now the hour will probably not go over 25 a week, EXCEPT during the times we pay out checks to subs (which will still probably not go into 30 +). However, that's just because the industry isn't super busy. When or if it picks back up there is a good possibility that it will go into a full time position. Rate of pay will probably be about $9 an hour but I'm not positive on this. Ad will be running on AZCentral.com in the next day or so.
