I just started doing some consulting for Scentsy. It's a fairly new company that sells a new wickless candle product. There are start up fees ($99) to get your kit and you basically work for yourself promoting the products and holding in home parties. I've really enjoyed the flexibility and extra cash. I Work at home too and LOVE IT!
