Maybe Walgreens online photo center or Things Remembered might be able to help you. I also believe Best Buy has a kit you buy that you supply the pictures to a company and they put them on the quilts. Hope this helps.

Kinkos transfered photos onto quilt squares for our quilt for our Grandma. Each relative had their own square for a photo. The first photo transfer's color was wrong, but they fixed it and did a good job on all the rest of the squares. Grandma loved it!
