We live in Peoria and have used the company SonRay for a long time. 623-582-4170. I'm not sure if they offer what you are looking for, but we have a dog and children and we typically get the house sprayed when the children are away to allow everything to dry. The company is a local company and has always done a great job.

We also live in Peoria and use Spirit Pest Control. They are a family owned company and we have used them for years. They are the greatest. We have a young child and a dog and we have never been affected by the chemicals. The thing that I love about them is that each month they come to the house they talk to us first to see if we have any new concerns. One month it may be ants, the other it is crickets. They spray problem areas with more intensity. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I don't know about "organic" but there are "enviromentally responsible" pest control companies. If you have children and pets, it's best not to spray inside your home unless absolutely necessary--most (there are always exceptions) pest problems can be treated from the outside and in a no- or low-toxic manner.
One company I highly recommend is LadyBug Pest, based in Scottsdale--they're terrific. Here's a blurb from their web site: "We provide our environmentally responsible service by using ECO PCO products that are National Organic Program compliant ( NOP ) along with other natural materials inside your home. We inject the materials in the cracks and crevices where pests hide, yet it is inaccessible to children and pets, making it completely safe. We treat your home and yard using baits and other environmentally responsible materials to create barriers. We also treat pests where they live and breed, which provides you with the best level of control while using the least amount of chemicals." Their corporate office number is 480-833-1111.
