Hi Dori...I have 4 daughters ages 5, 10,11 and 14 and from my experience the pimple is not from the teething. I would think it is from maybe something in her diaper that irritated her bottom and caused it.
I wouldn't worry too much about it maybe let her air out a little longer after a warm bath. If it gets bigger or doesn't go away eventually then I would look more into it.
