Well, the first monsoon just rolled through Prescott Valley on it's way to Prescott.
It was so nice! I have my windows open, and the breeze and smell is just awesome. I love the smell of rain-being originally from WA-and love this time of the season.
Get ready all you Phoenix-ites...it's coming...
And, please don't try to drive through any flooding.

I love the monsoon! No

I love the monsoon! No actual storms last night, but I went to a little league game out at Diablo Stadium in Tempe. The weather was beautiful! When we got home, my daughter wanted to go swimming and I actually turned her down because the air was too cool.

sure, fine, whatever

I got rain the night before

I also love this time of year - when we actually get rain and the smell of it. I am not a huge fan of the humidity during the day when the monsoon is in full bloom.

I am jealous that you have had rain already :(

Bring it on!!

Yep - and I LOVE IT.

I couldn't figure out why my hip was hurting so bad the other day - arthritis - until I went outside and saw the monsoon clouds....My brain got so excited, it took off without realizing my body was in pain.....The next morning, I was in more pain!

But I am good now from Advil sent from Heaven ;)

LOL

I love monsoon season!!! Next to fall it's my favorite time of the year. About 4 years ago I spent lots of this time of the year stopping and getting food on the way home (I always do this when it rains) and relaxing to the sounds of monsoon!

We haven't been hit yet. All we do is get wind and the storm skips us. I can't wait for the rain.
