My parents had their home on the market for 8 months, when they switched realtors. The new guy sold it within 30 days. My in-laws (father-in-law, and two sisters-in-law) all sold their homes and moved into a "McMansion" togther since my mother-in-law passed away last year. They used the same realtor and he had all three homes sold in four months. He name is Bryan Flatley with Kellar Williams.

We have not been selling a home recently, but we have been working with a realtor to find a home for my father who is planning on moving out here. We have worked with many realtors in the past and I have been so thoroughly impressed with this realtor's work ethic and overall manner. He spent numerous hours trying to help us find exactly what we were looking for and that is not easy when dealing with numerous family members all trying to help. I dont know of a particular realtor, however, I doknow that you can call the department of real estate and have them tell you if their license is valid. Also, you can call the local Better Business Bureau office or look up a realtor online. They are a good source of information.
